- Yes, all vendors are required to be licensed and insured. Proof sent to our e-mail

- For food, we recommend that you contact and consider Cabin Creek BBQ

Are there any other fees?

- After event is over, we ask that all trash is put into garbage cans and whatever is brought with you… leaves with you. There will $10 fee deducted from your security deposit per every piece of trash (including, but not limited to: cigarette butts) we have to pick up

- Event insurance is required and paid by you

 

How many guests does the venue accommodate?

- There is seating for 70 guests

** Food Preparation room has a large sink. Dirty dishes are taken with you. No ice machine, refrigeration, or cooking/warming implements available. No cooking in the barn. Candles are okay, if not left unattended. Tables/chairs are NOT to be taken outside of the barn.
